the SOCIAL CLUB

The Social Club provides opportunities for children, teens and young adults to connect over fun social activities and events. During these activities, attendees will continue to review and apply learnt social settings with a more natural, unstructured and free-flowing approach. Social skills during these interactions include conversation skills, problem solving, teamwork and negotiation tactics.

Please let us know what groups you may be interested in and we will do out best to make it happen!

PLAY, MAKE & EXPRESS (ART)

TSS has combined with KidsXpress to bring you a 10-week program that allows you to express your creativity, emotions and inspirations through various forms of art whilst socialising with like minded peers! Children will have time to explore and play with a variety of tactile materials (dough, clay, paint, collage, natural materials, ink, water). They will be guided to identify sensations, feelings and personal responses/reactions to them, building vocabulary around the senses and emotions. Children will be supported to share as well as and engage with and respond to the experiences of others in the group in verbal and non-verbal ways.
GAMING CLUB

TSS has combined with The Lab! The Lab is where computer programmers and designers work individually with young people to develop their social and technology skills while socialising with like minded peers!

PLAY, MOVE & EXPLORE (musiC & DANCE)

TSS has combined with KidsXpress to bring you a 10-week program that allows children to explore how to create and vary sounds through voice, body percussion and a range of instruments and found materials. They will be supported to identify feelings and personal reactions to the music created and respond with words, movement and physical expression. Children will be supported to engage with and respond to the experiences of others in the group in verbal and non-verbal ways.
LEGO CLUB

TSS has paired up with Bricks 4 Kidz to run a lego technics group ideal for children and teenagers who want to connect with like minded peers.
PARENT CLUB

For all our social clubs, we invite parents to stay in our other rooms so they can connect with other parents with the option of providing practical and emotional support for one another, and potentially expanding friendship groups for their children.
WELL-BEING WEDNESDAYS

Every couple of months TSS will invite you to an evening that allows you to explore our space, meet our team and ask our psychologist any questions you may have!
