Psychology Services
Individualised psychological therapy for children, teens and adults, tailored to each person's needs, strengths and goals.
Welcome to The Social Space Psychology Clinic
Where confidence grows, connections deepen, and emotional wellbeing is nurtured.
We offer a comprehensive range of psychology services for children, adolescents, and adults in Sydney - combining individual therapy, assessments, and structured group programs designed to create meaningful, lasting change.
Our work goes beyond the therapy room, supporting individuals and families to build real-world skills, strengthen relationships, and move through life with greater confidence and clarity.
Our Clinic
At The Social Space Psychology Clinic, we believe good psychological care starts with understanding the person - not simply the presenting concern.
Our psychologists work collaboratively with individuals and families to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed support that considers each person's needs, strengths, circumstances and goals.
From individual therapy and diagnostic assessment to group programs, workshops and social opportunities, our clinic provides different ways to access support, develop skills and build confidence both within and beyond the therapy room.

Our approach focuses on building real-world skills, confidence, and meaningful relationships. Why Choose The Social Space?
We combine the clinical foundations of a psychology practice with a more flexible, engaging and personalised approach to support. Our aim is not simply to provide appointments. We want people to have access to the right type of support at the right time- whether that is individual therapy, assessment, a structured program, practical skill development or opportunities to connect with others.
We understand that reaching out for psychological support is often a significant step. Where capacity allows, we aim to offer timely access to appointments rather than leaving individuals and families waiting for extended periods.
There is no single approach that works for everyone. Support is tailored to the person's needs, strengths, preferences, circumstances and goals.
Psychological support does not always have to happen sitting across from someone in a therapy room. Our groups, workshops, gaming-based activities and practical programs provide additional ways to engage, learn and practise skills.
Our psychologists draw on established psychological therapies and evidence-informed approaches, selecting and adapting interventions according to individual needs and clinical formulation.
We help people translate what they learn into everyday life, with support that may focus on emotional regulation, relationships, communication, confidence, independence and other practical skills.
Our clinic has particular experience supporting autistic and ADHD individuals and families. Neuroaffirming and strengths-based approaches are incorporated where appropriate while recognising that every person's needs and experiences are different.
Particularly for children and young people, psychological support may incorporate interests, play, movement, games, technology and practical activities to support participation and skill development.
With consent and where clinically appropriate, we can work alongside parents, carers, schools and other professionals to support shared understanding and consistency across environments.
How Can We Support You?
We work with children, teenagers, adults and families across a broad range of psychological, emotional and social needs.
“More than support—it’s a place to feel understood, build confidence, and find where you belong”
Often, the answer lies in understanding the underlying differences in how children experience and navigate the social world.
Many families recognise that their child, teen, or even themselves experience the world differently but they can’t always put language to it.
Many people think of routines as something rigid but in reality we do not teach it as something people “should” follow, but as a supportive tool that helps the brain feel safe, organised and grounded.
