As an intensive, condensed version of the program, it focuses on practical, real-world strategies delivered through structured, step-by-step instruction, role-play demonstrations, and guided behavioural practice.

Participants are introduced to ways of responding to challenging social situations, managing reactions, and maintaining confidence when navigating peer interactions.

A Flexible Way to Start

This workshop can also be a helpful option for individuals who are not ready to commit to a longer-term program, are looking for a more flexible format, or would benefit from a focused introduction to the PEERS® framework.
