The PEERS® Dating & Relationships Bootcamp is an evidence-based workshop for teens (13–17 years) and young adults (18–35 years) run by psychologists at our psychology clinic in Mascot. Based on UCLA’s world-renowned PEERS® curriculum, this holiday program condenses essential skills for dating and relationships into a dynamic, interactive format. Participants learn practical strategies to navigate dating with confidence, safety, and respect—supported by their families and caregivers.

Dating, Boundaries & Relationship Confidence

This psychologist-led, neuroaffirming bootcamp supports participants to navigate dating, relationships, and boundaries with confidence, safety, and respect using the internationally recognised PEERS® framework.

As an intensive, condensed version of the program, it focuses specifically on building practical, real-world dating and relationship skills in a structured and engaging format. Through step-by-step instruction, role-play demonstrations, and guided practice, participants learn how to express interest, navigate dating situations, and develop healthy, respectful relationships across both real-world and online contexts.
