Workforce Ready: A Neurodiverse-Affirming Workshop
Transitioning into the workforce can be both exciting and overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent individuals. This workshop, run by experienced psychologists in ASD, provides practical tools, strategies, and confidence to manage the leap from school or study into employment. Delivered in a supportive, strengths-based environment, participants explore workplace culture, develop job search and interview skills, practise self-advocacy, and learn strategies to thrive in professional environments—all while celebrating their unique strengths.

- Suitable for: Neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, learning differences) seeking workplace preparation support
- Commitment: Attendance for both workshop days and willingness to engage in role-plays and practice activities
- Parent/Carer Involvement: Optional parent/carer session to help families support participants’ transition
- Funding: NDIS and Medicare rebates may apply
